Looking great! I hope you stick around
edit: Also - don't mess with incubating.
Cubes will colonize just fine at room temperature. Just keep your house between 20-24°C (68-75°F)
If you are comfortable in a t-shirt, they will be comfortable too.

Aww, I love stories about how psilocybin changes someone's life.

Light is good for fungi. Why are you sealing them off?

First, I'm still new to this, but... because I just mixed the colonized grains with the sub 3 days ago. It hasn't gone to the FC yet, it's still incubating and colonizing. If that colonization level is adequate, it can go to the FC, where it will be open to 12/12 light, some fresh air, and lots of humidity. I'm open to make an adjustment to those thoughts, if need be, but I figured on going to fruit within the next 24 if it continues to move as fast as it is. thanks

I think you are definitely good to go ahead and put it in fruiting.
From what I have been reading recently, it seems like a lot of people these days are introducing fruiting conditions as soon as they spawn.

Fruiting conditions at spawn is the way to go and they require light throughout their entire life up until they're plucked.

Why? Doesn't it colonize the coco/poo faster with it covered as to create higher o2 levels? I always cover my shoeboxes for 10 days and set them aside. receiving ambient light. Then I case them and put them into fruiting conditions. peace

Update.
Slowly getting a setup dialed on timers. Initially, I had intended to only do 4 trays, but my materials came out better in 5. ...so, you get the odd one up top.

I was worried the lights were gonna be hot, but it just allows me to not run supplemental heat when they're on. Only a couple degree difference between the two.
The fogger (formerly an overly complicated room unit), is a reptile unit, and seems perfect. It has such a low setting, that it may not even have to be switched. Just got it yesterday, so we'll see.
All is well, and the inside of the greenhouse smells amazing.
Also, one of the trays contains a colonized wbs the was fortified with brf post simmer/pre pasteurize. It's nearly twice as happy looking as the other 4.
