Is purple as good as blue??

Washington state, in a park near blackberry bushes and holly tree in a leaf co ered grassy area. Mostly hidden under ther leaves.. Anybody able too say if these are magic?

Active wise no, and as far as edibility goes I can't id blewits atm forgot what their characteristics were. Blewits are one thing you would hope for in this scenario.

Also remember that when people talk about blue, it's blue staining - the mushrooms turn blue where the cells break.  Blue mushrooms aren't active unless they are blue because a lot of cells broke.

Purple mushrooms aren't active, unless they are purple from spores that have settled on them.
