What i do is have my no pour towards the back of the sab. Peel the base off towards my left with my left hand take the transfer replace the base on the lid carefully then move to the donor plate to my left to minimize drafts take that base and peel that off towards the left again rotating it towards the sab holes, make the transfer and replace the base on the lid again without your hands going over the lid.

Thanks for that reminder jhova, makes total sense to turn it upside down as to prevent contaminants from dropping from your gloves. Thanks for the tutorial recommendation as well, I’ll give it a look
