Looks like Panaeolus Cinctulus due to the location found and the fibrous stipe. Spore print should be jet black.

I think they are Pan Foes. Pan Cints are typically a lot bigger.

Yes they do and yes you can. As long as you're not asking/giving  exact locations you're not breaking any rules.

Is your spore print jet black or sharpie pen black? If so, you have panaeolus cinctulus.

If the spore print is brown or brownish black it is panaeolus foenescii
