White fuzzy mold?

The mycelium took to the substrate really well. But recently it became really fuzzy and thick. I was just curious if it could be mold or a contaminate. Would the mushrooms still grow with mold?

I'm pretty new but that appears to be early trichoderma before it turns green i think? https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17231150 Could be mistaken, but if it hasn't sporulated yet you need to toss it before your growing area is permanently littered with microscopic trichoderma spores making future grows extremely risky.
Again, other experienced shroomers know better and i might be completely wrong.

That looks like it could be OK. I see what you mean though. It looks like it might not be OK. I guess this is the part where a microscope is handy.
Mycelium can look like that sometimes.
Id just keep a close eye on it. It something turns green, game over. Toss.

How does it smell? What conditions was the tub in when you started noticing the growth?

The conditions were about 72-73 degrees and I'm not sure about the humidity but the tub had small amounts of condensation in places. So not too humid. And it has a hint of a mushroom smell but not much any other smell.

I meant to ask if you had the tub in fruiting conditions or still in consolidation I guess. Should have been more specific. To me, and I'm no expert by any means, it looks like a contam.
The 2nd pic looks to be showing quite a bit of aerial mycelium (middle right) which could be due to low FAE or stress from a contam.
If you're still in consolidation those pins in the 1st pic could mean they're trying to produce spores before the contam takes over.
The big thing to me is that it looks like its growing over the mycelium almost consuming it.
Like I said I'm no expert so take from this what you will. If someone with more experience drops by feel free to correct me, I'd love to learn!

Update. The mushrooms are still growing and pins are still popping up. Some in the really thick white. The thick white also hasn't spread or changed color. Still smells like mushrooms.
