mold or no?

Hello friends.

First time growing. The lighting in my apartment is fluorescent, but the color on the pic is the closest I could get to what it actually looks like in person. Is this mold? Should I be concerned?

Yup that's mold..chuck that away and start again, your sterilisation procedure must be off
