Questions about grain soak Agar

Hey everyone, as of yet I've been using BRF agar or PDA for making plates but I want to try and use grain soak water so that I have one less thing to shop for, especially because BRF is kinda hard to find around here.
My questions are - Can I just store the grain soak water in a jar for later? Should I run it through the PC before storage so nothing grows in there?
Should I use straight grain soak water or mix with tap water? 400mL grain soak water+9g Agar seem right?

Im going to guess your best bet would be to freeze the extra grain infused water, barring that, your going to want to run it through the pressure cooker.
I think people mix their grain water 50/50, depends how dark it is, you want to be able to see through the agar plates.
And 9g/400ml... that's the right amount of agar

Well Im gonna run it through the PC when I make agar anyways was just making sure it was cool to store it for a week or so. I'd hate to see my plans of avoiding an extra trip to the grocery store dashed by my oat water growing mold.
It is heavily sedimented and kinda dark, should I care about that? Sorry for all the questions I've never used grain soak for anything before but it seems the easiest way and I'm all about being lazy.

I freeze my GSW for later use in prepared bottles. 50ml in 250ml bottles for LC, and 250 ml in 500 ml bottles for agar. Bottles are fully prepped and ready for PC.
Someone (I forget who, sorry!) freezes theirs in a muffin pan, then stores the frozen pucks in plastic bags.

Probably should run it through a coffee filter

I freeze mine in ziplocks as it takes up less room in the freezer and just take out what I need when I need it. You can also store in the fridge for a week or two. You dont need to pc it before storing, as you said you'll pc it when making the agar up.
With the sediment, if you let it settle to the bottom for an hour you can then carefully pour the clear water off into another container leaving the shite in the bottom.

This here is wbs grain water and agar, nothing extra added.
