Cobweb mold

Okay, so i'm like 99.9% sure this is mold and i'm pretty upset, but what should my next course of action be? should i expect at least some fruits to appear before i toss it?

it's extremely grey and abnormal when compared to the very white mycelium, am i wrong to assume that? i'll try to get a better photo so excuse my ignorance- also does that stringy mycelium look like i need more FAE?

It would be best use of your time to toss it and start over.  The harvest (if any) will he marginal, and not worth the risk of contaminating the grow area, jeopardizing future grows.  If it's still warm in your area, you could move the tub outside and see what happens.

I think you're fine.  Cobweb mold is the perennial boogeyman here.

I am not convinced that you have cobweb mold.  Mine looked like that three days after I started my shoeboxes, and they're doing just fine.

I have noticed that the handheld pump sprayer I am using to mist has enough force to bruise the exposed myc, so I opened the nozzle to reduce force and the light grey/blue bruising has disappeared.  Is it possible that the discolorization you're seeing is bruising?

Thanks for your reassurance~ Mind if i ask your opinion on the second photo in the top right? Why is it so grey?

Its not cobweb, but there is some sort gray mold growing over the top of the mushroom mycelium

It's still the first flush and my coir was properly hydrated so I've yet to mist

Yeah that grey does look a little ominous.  It could just be the lighting.

Any strong earthy smell coming from there?

Inconclusive. It looks a lot like wispy mycelium.

Id like to see how this turns out, you should know pretty soon.  Mold moves pretty fast usually.

I've made a complete 180 emotion wise, very happy to hear
Thanks for clearing up my speculations, but would you have an explanation as to why it appears so grey? Also, if you know, does my myc appear to show any issues regarding FAE or hydration?
Again, thanks so much everyone in this thread.

I'd probably isolate it and observe for a little longer, wispy myc does sometimes look grayish, was the sub fluffier there?

It does seem like more aggressive growth and contams usually are, but mostly sub just seems uneven
