Hello, friends! Should I wait until there is no remaining moisture on the sides of the SGFC or just until there is significantly less? Also, whats the average time until seeing pins? I see mycellium taking over the layer of verm from the roll, its only been a few days. Im not impatient just thorough haha. Thanks!

misting the sides is pointless. you need to mist the cakes lightly.

Id spray 'em when there's still condensation on the sides, unless the cakes still looked wet of course. You are spraying the cakes right?
As for pins, Id say nearly two weeks is about the time it takes to see pins, kinda depends on consolidation time.

You need to spray the perlite daily but not the walls of the tub. It doesn't hurt anything to spray the walls and might increase your humidity a tiny bit but it's pretty pointless. Just make sure the perlite is always moist on the surface since it tends to dry out. The dryer your grow area the more you're gonna have to mist the perlite. Remove the cakes and spray down the entire surface daily or every other day, but do check the perlite daily with your hand gl

Spray your cakes. Spray your perlite. Make sure the sgfc is packed with cakes or built proportionally so you maximize the amount of area taken up by substrate.
