Hello and first I would like to thank everyone on this site, the information given here has tremendously helped me along the way. I've read for hours on end at some points and seems like I still have an eternity to go.
About my grow so far I have successfully inoculated 6 jars they grew extremely rapidly, I also inoculated 2 2lb spawn bags which did great as well. Those 2 bags were transferred into a monotub of their own with an 80/20 mix (coco-verm) colonized beautifully now in fruiting stage along with cakes in their own FC. I had a small concern and didn't want to post until I harvested but here I am. I am worried of a cobweb mold in the monotubs but upon reading more in the forums a lot of experienced users suggest it's healthy mycelium just stretching for new home.

Some useful information tub #1 was spawned on 10/22 tub #2 was spawned 10/24. Today 11/01 they were opened for first time ever to expel Co2 and introduced to light once I noticed how nicely they had colonized (in my opinion however) They will be on 12 hours light 12 dark just to help and a fan is far away blowing calmly toward them. FC has air pump. I guess what I'm looking for is some reassurance that I've come all this way and am still succeeding. Thanks everyone have a beautiful night.
======================== Timeline of Pictures. = ========================
I have taken the time to go through my post from the very start of this a couple weeks ago and sort the pictures from start to finish here so that you guys can view them easily without scrolling through. I will still ask general questions from time to time but pics will be added to first post to help condense. thanks for viewing. ================================== 11/04

Thanks for the feedback guys. I did 6 jars along with the tubs just because it's my first time I wanted to have more understandings of the different teks for my own knowledge purposes. I'm only Fruiting 2 in the chamber the others 4 I'm going to crumble and spawn to another tub. This is a very exciting hobby for me. I find this alone so fascinating. Again thank you for the feeeback I will be posting progress pictures as I hit milestones.
With the 2 cakes in the chamber Im going to try and take spore prints and create my own syringes. I've successfully recoloniZed my used spawn bags but that's only viable for so long. Again everyone here who contributed to this forum is part of my success I've read so much and I'm so thankful for All of you on here. Have a beautiful day.

Hello everyone. Here is another pic update on the pinning. The biggest ones are from the pic 2 days ago that I posted here. Noticed they were growing a little slowly so I increased FAE. Took all micro pore tape off all holes. Keeping temps around 70-72 they have noticeably began growing faster due to these slight changes. Thanks again. This is my first ever grow and the success of this wouldn't have been possible without the thousands of threads on this forum. See you guys again in another 3 days with more pic updates. Have a beautiful afternoon. (:
Varieties are B+ in tubs and Golden teach in cakes

Pin Porn. Seem a little fat and stocky so I closed side holes with micro pore tape and let 2 holes by handles completely open hoping they reach for the fresh air more. Is this a thing or did I get stubby genetics.
Any answer is fine because all is well. These are extremely potent I had the pleasure to sample side pins that would have otherwise rotted. Beautiful buzz. A little more and visuals would ensue.
Enjoy the pics.

24 hour update I got home from work to see that the fruits have literally doubled if not tripled the size on some. What an amazing sight to see getting home from a long day let me tell you.
Question: when I harvest the monotubs how long do I let the substrate soak in water is it 6-12 hours like the cakes??. Has any one had experience dunking a monotub between flushes?

I think RR said something like 45 minutes is sufficient, and I read a thread recently where a guy dunked for like 1 hour and picked up 250 grams of water, then dunked for a bunch more hours and the cake soaked up a negligibly small amount more water in all the time after the first hour.
I think bod said he just fills his tubs to float the cake to harvest and then drains after and that is all the dunk he does.
I have also read threads about soaking for many hours held completely underwater with heavy objects but so far I am under the impression that you are going to get just about as much as you are going to get in the first hour of dunk.
I think I would float the cake to harvest and then pump all of the water back out with a water pump but I have never done it so I would also be interested in what experienced growers have to say.
Here are some RR quotes about dunking https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23639697/fpart/1/vc/1
That says only for 15 minutes or pour in only what it will absorb in a couple of hours.

I was thinking to use the small Petrie dishes or whatever they call them. Lab dishes. Make spore prints on those, then use sterile water in a syringe to agitate the spores then suck back up to use syringe to inoculate. Is this viable? What is my rate of success with this method? Thank you to everyone again.

Here's a funny looking mutation that I thought should be shared. Hard to tell what's going on it kind of looks like the one mushroom took over the other. Haha who knows. I've got a few mutations but this one is def the most unique.

Here is another set of progress pics. We were hit hard with snow overnight, temps in my grow room were 59~60f but seemed to not phase these guys at all. If anything they shot up like crazy.
First flush. A little info : Tubs are B+ cakes are Golden teachers and I never dunk and rolled cakes.. This is my very first ever grow after reading for hours on these forums. My bags were dumped into their own monotub with an 80/20 coco coir/vermiculite mix. I used 1 full 650 gram block of coco coir and 4 quarts vermiculite. Tubs were fully colonized in under 5 days. During this period minimally no light and absolutely no opening AT ALL. Tubs were then opened and set to fruiting conditions. 7 days until fruits now here we are. Happy Friday enjoy the pictures. I will be harvesting quite a few of them as veils have broken and hopefully the flushes to come produce some monsters as well. I was told generally first flush is small so being what these are hopefully the next flush is even bigger. Again thanks to Everyone's input and guides on this forum without you this wouldn't have been possible.

And before someone asks, no there is not trich or a contam on my cakes. The dark spot is bruising. My own fault for direct misting. These cakes almost immediately blue after I mist but doesn't seem to be harming the grow much.

Can someone please give me input on my next procedure? So tonight I'm going to try and make some spore prints. I am also going to try and re-sterilize a used syringe and hopefully suspend the spores in there (12cc) for future use.
So My proper tools will not arrive until Monday, however I need to harvest some of these beautiful big guys tonight before they drop spores.... so without the supplies I am going to try and makeshift I am heating pieces of heavy duty foil at 350 for 30 minutes and using these foils to take the prints.
For the syringe I will be boiling water to 180. Suck up, wait 10 sec, expel. Repeat this 3 times then keep 4th full. Then let cool for overnight. By tomorrow the spore prints should be done and the syringe will be viable and (hopefully) sanitary.
I want to preserve these genetics. The b+ are Extremely strong and beautiful fruits... I've researched different methods on here and this is how I am going to go about this all. Just want a pro to read this over and give me the green light basically.
So... thoughts?

Best way to preserve the genetics is tissue sample on agar. Spores are spores. Some are great some are stupid. It’s a grab bag with spores.

I saw your mention of agar before and it peaked my interest. I do want to try it with some pre ordered agar dishes, but I have read teks and find it confusing. Maybe it's just overwhelming to read all the info at once but I feel like I will not have much success...
How long can agar be stored ? I would love to try. I read a great guide with pictures and techniques and all but like I said I'm just worried I will not succeed. It seems much tougher than the spore prints to syringe. Input? Any reassurance. I work out of a simple glove box so space isn't great.
Was going to do my next inoculations infront of my oven.

Agar seems intimidating. No doubt about it. But once you have made it once you will wonder why you never have before or waited so long. There is a tek for making “no pour agar” which is a great starting point to get a feel for it. It’s as easy as making some agar up pouring it into containers that are autoclaveable, and pressure cooking them. It’s a great way to work a culture and weed out as many nasties as possible before using it for an inoculant. They make a premixed agar poweder that you can use. Vendors here sell it. It’s as simple as weighing it out and weighing out some water and boiling it then pressure cooking it.
