yea herpes isn't a big deal. 80% of people who have it don't show symptoms. If youre showing symptoms you need to change your diet, exercise, and focus on your immune system. This means getting rid of as much non-nutrient dense food as possible. Daily intake of immune boosting herbs, such as neem, changa, gynostemna tea, garlic, avacados, brassicas, etc. Basically you gotta eat like you have lymes. Olive leaf extract is amazing at treating (possibly killing) the virus. Also biogenetica has an amazing immunonboosting supplement. VSL3!!!!
Also pranyama

I have herpes, as does half the population.
granted I have simplex 1, not 2... like most of the people who have it.
It can really suck, but it's not much more than a temporary inconvenience.
We'd be a lot better off in this world if we didn't stigmatize STIs. The more open we can be about it, the more info we have, the better and more informed choices we can make about sex.

8 Years ago I got with a girl, only knew her a couple weeks and then caught some sort of rash, itchy pimples across my shoulders and chest, I get a feeling in my spine, though it's a lot less than it was in the beginning, sometimes nothing for weeks. I believe it's herpes. It was the first girl I ever got with.
I don't date because of it and it's driving me crazy. So I'm here reaching out on this forum, today it's really getting to me.
Unless you fingerbanged her and rubbed her juices across your chest, that still might not be herpes.
Time to hit the free clinic. If your up front with them, they might test for it. Otherwise, an eighty dollar clinic will test for it. It might not be herpes but get checked out.
