Oyster Mushroom?

Pretty sure it's Pleurotus ostreatus, just wanting a second opinion before I grill them up. As far as I know, there are no poisonous look alikes sooo....

Found on a dead log, groups of about 6 or 7, gills extending halfway down the stem.

Pleurotus ostreatus. Give them a few days and they'll be perfect! Nice find!
