Heyo, I'm pretty happy to share. Got prints and I'm set for the season. All grows for me from now on will be like this one, as long as it's without contamination.
This tray is a 2.4" deep aluninum tray. I premixed the Substrate, 2 weeks before spawning. I used the "broth" from my grain soak to supplement the water that I hydrated my coir with. I stuck the trays in the fridge for two weeks with aluminum foil on it.
After my spawn was ready, the night before spawning, I checked field capacity and adjusted as needed. Then, I pasteurized using the oven at 200 degrees for 3 hours.
I mixed colonized millet grain, ratio of about 1:2, more or less. Colonized in less than 10 days (wasn't really paying that much attention here), fruited in 7 after pinning.
Chamber is a partially modded tub. Using 1.25" holes, 3 evenly spaced down low on short sides (3.5 inches from base, as it was originally meant to be a full mono), and 4 evenly spaced holes on long sides up top. The holes were originally covered with micropore tape but I just poked holes in it with my finger after realizing it would probably be too slow. I left the remnants over the holes.
This amount of holes allows for consistent and slow Fae without drying too fast. No fanning required. Room was still, no flowing air. The tub was perched upon an upside down tub about 18" tall, placed on the ground. As high humidity is the most important factor, I find that fanning removes too much moisture from the air, sometimes, and is occasionally where people fall short in keeping their Rh up.
My mist and fan routine was actually very limited. Upon ~85% of colonization, I began occassional light spraying to keep the myc comfortable. Upon full colonization, I laid a heavy layer of water down, misting almost to the point of it being "too much", almost right before pooling. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being light mist, barely visible, and 10 being "the droplets start to pool together" it was around 8 for level of water droplets. I checked on it once in the morning and at night. Using the sideways flashlight trick to refract the light across droplets, so as to make the drops more viewable. I recognized that I didn't need to mist for a day or two due to the rate of slow evaporation, from the lack of fanning/sealed lid. Evaporation was barely happening, while still getting low fae. Perfect.
Hyphal knotting appeared in 3 days, I would occasionally remove the lid without fanning any, for a better view. This probably helped increase the FAE. But otherwise it was pretty limited other than from the partially micropore taped holes. Again, misting MAYBE once per day, but checking the droplets often.

I misted maybe 4 times collectively. When the pins reached the point above, I cracked the lid to increase fae for the growth phase. Of course, making sure that moisture was still high, but again, I barely misted with regards to Frequency, I misted heavy in quantity. I just paid attention to the caps, if they looked moist enough, really. Misted 1 maybe 2 times during fruiting, lightly.
The final three days, I was gone. I left Friday night with lid cracked more than normal for heavier FAE, misted right before I left, and came home on Sunday evening to the harvest, hence the sporesauce. They're beauties, though!
