I used to rage a 60lb tank in my apartment living room. Never had a complaint. Improper PC runs with the rocker going crazy. Never one word. Binge fests of the worst variety with unsavory lingerers. No troubles.

It really depends on the neighborhood.

That said I don't push my luck anymore...

Oh the days lol. I used to pc 3-4 times a week and my neighbors never said anything ever. My landlord went into my closet to fix a wiring issue for the upper apartment, needless to say there was a grow tent he had to move to get to the wiring, never asked any questions. But I always paid my rent in cash on time every month, and according to him I was the best renter he had lol. Now I bought a house and it's much more secure.

Worst part for me so far has been not living in a place where I could grow them since I’m in college and they’re illegal and stuff. Due to this, I had to break rule #1 and grow with an friend who had his own place. It’s been cool though, we’re both into the hobby, got to learn together, and don’t have a reason to tell people.

The illegality of it is definitely the worst aspect in general. I wonder what the odds are that they become legal in my lifetime

The legality obviously doesn't matter at the end of the day. We do what we want, most of the time anyway.

I'm not at all a fan of figuring out to do with all the spent subs. Currently going to over winter in trash bags(outside of course) until spring garden time.

to bury out in the garden? if so won't it freeze out there in a bag? curious as if they hold out there without becoming a big white ice cube, I would do the same for fun and why nots of seeing if some survival myc took and pop when the weather gets better. Seems less wasteful than just throwing them oot...

I’m pressure cooking a bunch of jars. It sucks I hate it. Having to just stick around and wait... also just cleaning grains. Once I do my  s.a.b. Work I know it’s time to chill for a bit.

I don't bury my old subs, they start to break down in the bags and were just getting tilled in. Except I want to move to a NO-till garden, so I need to build some compost bins this next spring. I know I am going to have to pile garbage bags of spent sub in the detached garage over winter. I mean I can only hide so many bags between the shed and garage. At some point it will look like I have trash piling up, and that could draw un wanted attention.
