I can actually hold my petri and jars better with gloves. I cant stand not wearing them for sterile work!

You guys need to just get used to gloves. Latex or nitrile, take your pick. I use latex cause I'm not allergic and they're cheaper. If you can't grip shit well, go down a size.

I've been knocking over stack by stretching my Parafilm too thin when wrapping dishes. Now that I'm using my cunning, I've moved the stack to the right just in case I snap my PF and whip my hand back, lol.

The clean up for SURE.

But I think the next worse part is juussstt before you should start seeing some pinnng, and you can just FEELL those son of a bitching contaminations *chomp chomp chomp* ...effing HURRY UP AND FRUIT *Chhht chhhht chhhht* *iso alcohol spray* *chhhht* lysollysol.

Sink a glass over any green spots or salt it then move outside, the iso kills the myc giving mold free rain.

Sadly spraying it in the air doesn't doe shit ever really. I mean you can not sterilize the air. The ONLY place you should be spraying any of it is on flat surfaces for cleaning, and your gloves.

My least favorite part of growing is getting paranoid that your shitty ex-roommate is gonna jeopardize your whole operation so you have to dump everything and delete all the "evidence" online, and then he steals your dehydrator when you move out.:grin:

Would you mind elaborating on why you think so? Are you saying that it doesn't remove any airborne dust? I mean, if you're using a SAB or flowhood, I can understand there being no need as it's entirely unnecessary, but I believe something similar is used for some industrial purposes to remove airborne dust particles. I've always wondered if it would help for those people who (for some reason) do open air inocs.

Hope it's okay to discuss things a little more in depth here, not trying to derail the thread but always appreciate hearing other takes on things.

I mean, I'm not saying in normal circumstances that it would be beneficial. I think most of us work with a flowhood or SAB. Under those circumstances, I can see how it's pointless. Water/mist does help to capture and remove airborne dust, though.

You guys are gonna hurt my feelers. 😢 My mum told me there are no dumb questions. 🙃😉

then you would need a air tight room, I imagine, to keep out the microscopic particles and such from just seeping back on in. The rooms you are thinking of for professional work are built just for that, sterile conditions with procedures and equipment to keep them that way. The average home will just have these micro organisms just replace what you sprayed through the drywall.
