Answering this question, will provide the next step for what a possible action "could" be
So I'm not asking "what agency or act regulates alcohol?"
What I'm asking is; What did the "Anti-prohibitionists of alcohol" do, as far as movements or lawsuits, in order to pass the Blaine's Act? (how did they get support from Congress to amend the 21st Amendment?)
I can't find any information online. It's very strict, and sometimes locked for only government agencies to access :/
Would appreciate the help
Thanks again - Schrooms

I think they used the 10th amendment
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"

Better yet,
What constitutional right does the 21st amendment exercise? (Which specifically must allow for it to be regulated under ATF)
Also, I will look into that 10th amendment usage. I appreciate the help my man. Working with some other shroomers too, seems to be coming together as far as “working together in pursuit of realistic ideas”

The national government are able to regulate by using Categorical grants (aka grants with strings attached). If you don't follow the rules (minimum drinking age etc.) that the national government wants then they will cut some funding.

How was the 18th amendment DEEMED unconstitutional? If at all? Where were the steps in between the 18th and the 21st? I know it was 20 years + of prohibition. But only in the end did the ones who prevailed, SAY WHAT WAS NEEDED IN ORDER TO OVERCOME THE ISSUE. The issue of personal choice.
In some way’ (help me out someone, I don’t need help with anything else) I’m trying to politically form into words, that the government took the “free will” of choice, away from us, marked by CSA in 1970
Not accepting answers like :
-Congress passed it (“that’s how it goes”typed of responses) -alcohol lobbies payed the government officials off

I cannot access the report outlines
How did you get username and password to that site? And also, private sites like these have good ass information, but I can never get to them.
Thank you so much for every bit of advice

So an Amendment cannot be unconstitutional
A law, act or reform can be unconstitutional
An amendment can be considered “invalid”
Just like how the 18th amendment was marked as invalid by the lower court.
So the issue at hand is : CSA violates the 10th amendment by being federal prohibition; stole the decision away from the states, and the people

Correct, amend means change.

Well, I mean now, I just need the politically correct term as of how ( I know you know that but, I'm scheming a plan together) exactly the CSA is unconstitutional. Tell an attorney, people like you can help if possible because I'm only 19 man, I don't know ALOT about how court works, but I do know this information discussed. I'd say I'm AHEAD, comparing myself to others in my area and age.
But yeah, Myco, would you be willing to help form "something?"
I have a few others who are SERIOUS about this. Whatever it takes
We can learn from the last lawsuit, and we did. Now we need to form a new one.
Must be impenetrable !
If not I understand, but as you can see, I've been calling senators and attempting to even exaust an administrative remedy (petition) but I know it'll just be futile. YES because we are in the International Treaty of Psychotropic Substances, barring the decision from within even our federal government. That violates 5th amendment, but I'd have to double check.
