interesting. i've noticed that some people gag at the smell of stinkbugs and it bothers others not nearly as much.

aside: i've not yet met a dog that doesn't like to eat stinkbugs.

I've noticed there is no middle ground on this meat. Personally I love it, I butchered four sheep yesterday that a cougar killed overnight. Some people recoil at the mere mention of it. Where do you stand?

(Of note, that "extra sheepy" off flavor often comes from improper butchering.)
