Help with some ids please
    #25561535 -

Found these boys all on logs and trees in me backyard, looking for whatever I can get from you guys

Exibit A: I belielved these were maybe deer shield mushrooms, I've had my eye on them growing on a fallen tree and the other half of the tree that still stands.  The tree I thought was a 15+  year old live black walnut tree, but now I'm leaning closer to elder tree. Either way deciduous hardwood land. Now that I've seen them grow back not waterlooged from rain like the first specimine I found they look nothing like deer shield to me, curious as to what they may be.  I have not printed or fully measured them in any way just looking for an idea

Exibit B: found in the shade on logs I put on the hill maybe 6-7 years ago.  Very strange boys these are did not want to disturb them by picking them so I snapped a few pics n notes.  I have not seen anything like this like a oyster had a wild night with a reishi n they layed an egg on my log. No gills no spores exists I can see yet feel an look very soft with what appears like a short life span.

.

I know it's brief but these guys caught my eye

#1 is probably one of two species of Hypsizygus - both can occur in your area and are physically rather similar.

Pleurotus species do somewhat resemble the one you've got a picture of, but they have decurrent gills, that tend to run quite a ways down the stem. Yours clearly does not.

Disclaimer - I'm just a hobbyist and cannot absolutely guarantee any ID offered. I'm most familiar with the species found in the Pacific Northwest - those found in other parts of the world may vary considerably, so always do your own research to find out what grows in your area and what lookalikes you need to be aware of. Understand that many mushroom species cannot be 100% reliably identified by photographs alone, even by an expert, so it may not be possible to go beyond suggesting a probable genus.
