Cakes to Bulks Shoeboxes questions

I have my first jars colonizing, they are almost done. Jars were done with PF tek. In total I have 8 1/4 pint jars and one 1/2 pint. Total size of cakes is 2.25 quarts (minus the casing verm layer), so lets call it 2 quarts. All the jars have been 100% white for about a week The 1/2 pint jar stalled a but now has only a tiny sliver before it is all white.

I plant to shred them into bulk in sterlite shoeboxes. Substrate will be Coir, verm and a touch of coffee grounds. I plan to use a 1:1 ration of spawn to substrate.

I have a stack of questions,

Anything seem wrong in my above plans?
How many shoeboxes can I do with this amount of spawn? I am thinking 1, maybe two.
For the number fo shoeboxes I will do (1 or 2) how much coir, I have one brick right now. I think that is too much. If I make the whole brick and only use some, can I dry and repasteurize it later for another grow (this is not critical as the shit is cheap)
If I use less than the brick, what ratio of verm to coir is right.
How long to let colonize in the boxes before fruiting?

Your plan sounds fine to me, some will say don't use spent coffee grounds but I have done it no problem many times to many peoples disbelief idk.

That Tek shoukd answer most of those questions I believe.

For the last question, I let the box fully conize, even the top layer which consists of a verm coir mix, wait for a nice pinset, then pop the lid, but everyone's conditions will vary and the specific genetics, so sometimes different boxes need different things.

High co2 seems good for pinset then an increase in fae for growth after pinset, ime
