Can someone identify these? * 1
    #25552972 -

Found it today on the edge of a field grazed by sheep. The biggest two are darker and don't have a portrusion on top and I picked the tiny one on the bottom right separately.

Slow down there, sparky. There's a culture here you're not familiar with. If somebody with a "Trusted Identifier" tag posts a positive ID, you can be assured that they've A) done their homework and considered all possibilities, and B) got absurd amounts of experience backing up their claim. If they're not certain, they'll say so.

Not sure why you'd pick a fight with someone who confidently tells you what you've got there anyhow. He's 100% right, and they look nothing like liberty caps; they have nothing in common with libs at all aside from habitat. Instead of getting all aggro, pick up a guidebook and learn what you're looking for so that you can make educated guesses as to species at least.

I looked them up and I believe him. I was only asking to make sure but the man thinks he's God.

Daaaamn. Shit got heated!

OP, look at the edge of the mushroom cap very closely. See those hanging little "tab" looking things? Key characteristic of Pan papi and NOT of Liberty caps.

Keep that in mind when hunting Liberty caps.

You got mad at someone because your mushrooms are not liberty caps? You should leave.

Thought of the day: just because you found a mushroom, that doesn’t make it a liberty cap.

hahaha, that's basically what needs to be said in about 80% of ID threads around here, Jevelzee  the trusted identifiers around here are saints... I'd have given up a long time ago! only so many times you can answer "I found these white mushrooms growing off of wood in the forest, are they libs?" without snapping

You got mad because you brought your ego. Doctorghosty's comment was funny and appropriate. See if you can let it go.

Hey OP, I too used to take things way too personally and get upset over trivialities. Then I tried some mushrooms and let me tell you man, I’m way more laid back these days. Who knows, maybe you can find some, too?

Why the hell can't anyone on this thread understand english? I'm NOT the one who started it. The other guy even admitted it. Or is it back him because he's a long time user and I'm not. This is the very first thing I posted as soon as created my account and now everyone's tryna fuck with me over it. Damn. Shitty first impression.
