Pretty nice, plan on making a tiny sythe. Although floating the sub is nice, it takes a bit of water to fill them monos so wanna make things a bit more simple and made for the specific task. Unfortunately the trick will be bending the steel yet have it hard enough to keep a razor sharp edge.

Magnetic hold down bag sealer, best thing ever! It has a timer for how long you want to hold the clamp to cool for primo seals every time with no effort.

Custom bent harvesting knife, makes it a snap to harvest canopies. Just used a torch to heat the metal a bit then bent it in a vice. Tricky to sharpen but doable and works a treat.
I feel woefully inadequate with my budget ass sealer. I wish I would have known about these.

Why not just eat from the substrate, Like a Pizza? Or place mouth over substrate and let fruits simply grow into the pie hole. Easy consumption. Even two friends at a time can hover over one sub

That's nice. I'm running a Bacti-cinerator III that looks like it rolled off the assembly line in 1981 or so.

Paper Pellets:
Acid-free paper - Cellulose from any plant, contains no lignin and limited phenols.

In the above setup images I am adding dry black tea, as a minor additive, and 80% water.
I'm not sure what coir holds, but paper pellets hold 75%+ water. That is 25g dry paper pellets + 75g of water.
----
I suggest 70-75% for paper pellets, I lasted 5-6 months using exposed WL-Tek before molds germinated. That figure may vary, depending on how the paper pellets are treated, enriched and it's origin.
For example if I added flour, or bran, exposed, it would take much less time. Using spawn, even at 1%, reduced full colonization to ~4 weeks.
----
Cubensis colonizing paper, lightly enriched with soluble macro-micro nutrients.

Oyster coloning paper pellets, enriched with soluble macro-micro nutrients.

WL-Tek pinning with the lid on (2% spawn, left too long).

King oyster, 50/50 wood-paper, enriched.

----
Directly in comparison to coir, paper pellets are about half as nutritional in terms of macro-micro nutrients. The paper pellets will have a higher cellulose count per gram, whereas coir contains lignin.
Paper will need a light enrichment of any type or maybe more spawn.
