You can't pump FAE in. Its a frequent *exchange*.

A good fruiting chamber finds a balance between the most FAE you can allow for the least maintenance.
Take a typical monotub design with polyfil for example.
When I uses these, I set the bottom poly very tight and the top very loose.
I like to see an even layer of tiny water droplets across the surface, that start to dry up directly in front of the bottom holes with poly. That bit of drying shows if I adjust the bottom poly looser, the surface would start to dry up and I would need misting. If I made the poly tighter, less FAE would mean less (constant) evaporation of water droplets off the substrate surface, a major pinning trigger, and I would get puddles instead of tiny droplets. The poly is just a way of restricting FAE how you want.

This is called "dialing in". A tub that is dialed in just right will rarely need a misting, you can just leave it alone till harvest time.

There are other ways of adjusting FAE besides polyfil in the holes, lately I use micropore tape- adding/removing layers is like tightening or loosening
The polyfil. My tubs all have holes, so I go with one of these methods, but you don't need holes at all.
In an modified tub, the lid is set on upside down, and you can restrict FAE how you need by cracking the lid or not.

Hope this helps
