User is not accepting PMs bug

I got a notification from getting started and when I tried to reply to the user it said that they were not accepting PMs. However, in their profile I pressed the send PM button and that worked. So the user is accepting PMs but when I reply to their message it says they are not and won't let me send one. In order to reply I have to go to their profile to start a new message
