Just finished weighing up flush number two, it yielded 32g dry, bringing the total weight to just over 80g dry from this shoebox. There are still some stragglers but I'll count them on the next flush.

Looks pretty good to me. But Iβve only been in this hobby for about 4-5 months. Just cloned my first fruit to agar.

What's the chunky stuff on top? Did you case that with something? Nice pins.

I figured I would try and case them with worm casting.

I know I have no right to be dropping Shit on shoe boxes while not having one going, but grow techniques and the blunt in my mouth aside, I am questioning that black Shit. I can't quite say what is off with those pins, some of them are just funky blobs and that's fine but the normal ones look slightly off or odd, something gut feeling not right.
Or it could just be the shading of light.

Worm castings are a rich source of nitrogen, and in abundance, can cause mutations
WBS (any grain really) and feild capacity coir only

That makes more sense! Seams like a good supplement but I'd leave it a layer down and have a cior layer on top then throw a casing on when ready
Damn I'm doing this next tub, especially with my next PESA-PE tub I know them fuckers could be dark blue emediatly when cut in two with all that nitrogen available.

I've been considering black cow ... these guys are using it straight from the bag: also a rich source of nitrogen

So the worm casting shouldnt of been used? It was just an experiment and so far I think itβs coming along pretty well. We will see what I get for a flush. Havenβt seen any mutant blobs. That most people describe with PE.

I use black kow in my bulk (1:1:1 by volume, coir:coarse Verm: black kow, add a little gypsum). I always pasteurize, as when I was nub I used it from the bag and got contams.
