Yes that is the only answer I've been given.

Let's change that. I've already begun revisions. I'm finding that Dronabinol, or synthetic marijuana, was the governments way of regulating the spread of federal marijuana legalization.

That and also keeping it a secret as to why ethanol and Nicotiana tabacum are made unclear even in the exemption lists regarding steroids, etc.

I appreciate the reply. Understand, I'm working on this like a full time job. So if you've wanted to join the fight, this seems the most plausible route. We have the facts, we just need the right political office. Tell me, and I'll report how the visit went. IM THAT SERIOUS

Money may be the underlying answer, however, in addition they are specifically noted in the Controlled SUbtances Act.

CFR 21 U.S.C. § 802(6)
“The term ''controlled substance'' means a drug or other substance, or immediate precursor, included in schedule I, II, III, IV, or V of part B of this subchapter. The term does not include distilled spirits, wine, malt beverages, or tobacco, as those terms are defined or used in subtitle E of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.”

More or less, alcohol and tobacco are regulated by other agencies.

Yeah so the next question is

Why aren't distilled spirits, wine, malt beverages, or tobacco defined as a drug? If some are depressants, others being narcotics.

I've been doing rigorous research still. And I'm taking the information I've gathered, to my state representative, Marcy Kaptur. I hope that this will lead to the beginning of the War on Personal Freedom

Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms - this is the issue at hand in regards to why we don't understand how alcohol is even EXEMPT from the Controlled Substances List.

The fact that a separate organization, other than the FDA and DEA, regulates tobacco AND alcohol seems suspicious. Oh plus firearms. Seems like a big M'urica meme organization too me. This organization deserves revision lmao. And im saying that without even researching them.
