Late night mushroom hunting

Habitat:
Where does it grow? On the ground of a  Pine tree

What does it grow on? Growing outta the soil under a pine tree

Gills:
White with a hint of brown, staining red

Stem:
Has a veil that is whitish brown an the stem is mostly brown below the veil an more white from the veil up to the cap

Cap:
Brown with bumps.

Spore print color:
Freshly picked

Bruising:
Reddish brown

Other information:

I am a beginner so don't take my word for it...
but this might be a "false parasol" which is poisonous if it is.

Family:Agaricaceae
Genus:Chlorophyllum
Species:C. molybdites
Order:Agaricales

Chlorophyllum rhacodes; Shaggy Parasol. It's a choice edible as far as I can tell. Wait for a Trusted Identifier to differentiate between the false parasol.
