Just wondering if its possible to artificially inducing spores to an environment?

Like what, a huge garden spray bottle (the pump-up type) filled with spore solution or a liquid inoculant? Then walk around a cow field spraying patties? I assume it would be possible, with the spore slurry having a much smaller success rate. Much easier to make an outdoor patch.
If you mean artificially introducing a permanent establishment of Cubensis in an area where they do not naturally occur, then no its not really possible. They will not come back the following year.

induce???? I think you mean introduce. and to answer you question....
yes, it can be done. simply pone a spore print outside and there you go, you have officially introduced spores to an enviroment. (thats the easy part)

Take a spore print on a hat or other peice of clothing, and then go walking around in the woods or a cow field. They will constantly get blown everywhere you go, so you might end up with mushrooms growing outside your work or where ever you go!!!!
