What can I do with this oat jar with PE spores?

I found a spore syringe.  I wanted to know if the spores were good so I divided it in thirds. (it was about 5 cc or less) One third i used it on a LC , another on Agar , and last third on this Jar of Oats.

is just clean oats, done at the beginning of Sept. Left untouched in an incubator at consistent 75F. I used the oats from the same batch on another project and they work and are clean.

The other 2 projects are working, and nothing has gotten infected so far. 

So, I'm wondering what can I do with this Jar? I was thinking about using it as bottom layer for a patch outside? or a flower pot?

OR maybe, there is a way to activate the spores in there?

Recommendations?

If it's already been a month since inoculation with no signs of mycelium, then the spores are most likely bad. As for using it as a bottom layer for an outdoor patch, I would think that it would be a vector for contamination since it's uncolonized.

If you're sure it's clean, you could try inoculating it again with good spores or mycelia, but I always say, if you're in doubt, throw it out.

I'd recommend starting all spores with agar before grain. I'd wait a week for growth then just make a new jar and drop a wedge in.

Yeah ill probably toss them, OR can I put them in the pressure cooker again with another batch of oats? lol

That's about 25 cents worth of oats toss them and forget about it. If the others are working I would say the jar was to hot when you inoculated it.
