liberty cap or some sort of psychedelic ?

found in a hilly field where sheep and cows share, found around the cow poop but not in it. Grass was about 2 to 4 inches in length, in mid wales and found very recently

the odor smells a bit like when you've peeled some potatoes

forgot to get a before picture only have pictures when they are drying

It's extremely difficult to ID dry mushrooms, so only thing I can say for certain is that they are not liberty caps. And since those are the only psychedelic mushrooms that grow in pastures in Wales, you don't have anything psychedelic. It's likely a Panaeolus species.
