I thought that too bod lmao i like Coors original I keep them in my shed outside the house, fruit I now keep in the crisper in the fridge. I got a nice rh and temp gauge and that radiator heater, the rh in my shoeboxes is 99 and in the room its 64%, thank you for advising me about that heater was wondering why my sub dried out so fast these last few weeks since it's got cold again, a monotub with poly fill

RH readings aren't accurate,  and you'll do better concentrating on surface conditions... I usually don't see surface moisture until a day or two after full colonization, you want beads of moisture on the surface of the substrate, and allow a moderate amount of evaporation to occur between mistings to stimulate pinning and avoid over-saturating the substrate... trying to maintain RH of the box, even if it were accurate, indicates nothing of the microclimate at the surface

Thank you caps, I tried that before and over saturated the mycelium on a small tub it got all matted and turned yellowish, no shrooms grew through it either. This time I'm gonna let it go and be more careful misting

I've noticed IME that attention, but not necessarily action... set it up with clean spawn and feild capacity coir, and properly dialed in  (lots of us doing unmodified tubs with the lid flipped from spawn) often times won't need to mist prior to first flush harvest

That's what I'm hoping for with this batch of b+ I have going so far it's working great
I have the small tubs I'm using in a bigger tub with moist perlite in it cause it's cold here and forced heat has been drying it out, changed to a radiant heater per bods advice

I had success with golden teachers this summer gonna try agar once my supplies get here dont want to buy anymore spores unless it's new species preferably ape, and aa+, thank you all for such great forums, teks and advice, cost to much to go to Florida to get shrooms then risk transporting them here,

There will be condensation on the lids wherever the top tub inst touching it. (center area)


thats interesting.. I just started fruiting my bottom tub today n ima leave the cardboard in between the monotub stacks to see if the lid stays dry or condensates for another day or so.. dont have the space to stack it like you did lol
