no im on my computer but ok I see how you get your math done there.  the problem is also im running a Gas stove and running gas for 6+ hours is just not feasible cause man that will get stupid expensive lol.

that being said I just went and took my smaller PC and put the normal amount of water in it, no jars, and got it up to 19psi... im comfortable there simply cause after 20 it says caution and that scares me haha!

SO, if im running at 19 psi, then I should be ok with a 2 hour cook time if my math serves me or should I still run for 2.5 Hours.
thanks for all the help its nice to talk to someone who understands the issues altitudes bring into all this.

I have never used bird seed, so I'm not sure what the advised time is, but yep! At 19 PSI, you will be running your PC at 121C, along with everyone else.

Since increasing my operating pressure, my sterilized oats look a lot more like other's pictures on these forums. No clue if you'll see any difference in your bird seed.

either way im going to go to greater lengths to clean my seed and definitely adjust my cook times I'll keep you posted.  huge thanks!  really appreciate you taking the time to talk me though this.
