Steam cooker vs. Pressure cooker

My setup is limited to such a steam cooker:

I don't see why it should not work. It reaches the same temperature if not higher than in a normal cooking pot and its quite easy to fill with grain bags and jars.

What do you think?

Ok for PF cakes. Grains would take 8+ hours
