Amanita muscaria grow a success! * 2

Hey all , just thought I'd  share with you all my Amanita muscaria experiment.
I've lived in my current house for 6 years and always hoped I'd have a few Fly Agarics grow in the garden. I knew I had the right conditions, as it's a mini woodland garden about 8mx30m I have 5 silver birch, 1 oak 1 yew 1 holly and 1 beech tree.
Having never had any grow in the garden I decided to try and introduce some. I went to the local park and picked ad many Amanita muscarias as I could find, probably about 15 or so. I took them home and blitzed them up in the blender with water, then put them in a watering can with more water and just watered all around the tree roots.
12 months later its been a success, Ive had 8 grow in the garden so far in various spots , all around the silver  birch trees.
So now you know it is possible if you have the right conditions

Not really really that interested in trying them, more for ornamental purposes. Ive also got a patch of Psilocybe cyanescens on the go , fingers crossed that it'll fruit.

Quite awesome, congratulations! It's always a cause for a celebration when someone successfully breeds mycorrhizal shrooms.

I've also been thinking that it would be cool to do some Muscaria mycelium running. I live around suitable forests, and this ancient sacrament deserves more places to grow. :laugh: As a mycorrhiza, it certainly won't fruit without its plant symbionts, but I wonder if bulk spawn can be successfully made...

If anyone has success with that, please post the results! :laugh:

(BTW I recently happened upon quite a wealth of information about this mushroom. All the horrible Erowid trip reports have totally turned me off of it for years, but recently I got quite interested. It's quite clear though that it's not as friendly as psilos, even properly decarbed, but reports of low doses sound downright nootropic.)

this summer my friends landlord drove him nuts, so we conspired.

I went to the local natural park and went on a hike, picked a garbage bag of assorted inky caps/shaggy manes, puffballs, chanterelles, horse mushrooms, mica caps, diced them into a few watering cans and watered their 4 lots with them.  :laugh2:

Nice outdoor grow on the Amanitas. Didn't know that it was that simple. Had always thought that it was impossible to cultivate Fly Agarics indoors and that doing it outdoors would be possible, but super difficult. Your mushrooms are beautiful. Cool !

Spraying the entire yard front and back with shaggy manes once the caps go throw them in water and watch it completely blacken. Also buried too far gone puffballs everywhere.

The chinese 2 dollar attach on to two liter bottles type of sprayers are perfect for something kinda rotten like this.

Would be cool if I sprayed them so thick I got one gigantic ass yard wide myc network of shaggy manes.
