 My tenant is crazy!

Okay so where I live now is a two part house. I have the front entrance with a huge upstairs and my tenant has the lower level with the back entrance. It was all fine and dandy for a while. Until she started having her boyfriend come over. Their bedroom is directly below mine and so all I hear at ALL hours of the night is him snoring. It's so disgusting.
This morning I wake up to hear "Get the fuck out you asshole!" "I fucking hate you" "BLAH BLAH BLAH"...
then the door slammed shut.
That's cool and stuff - I don't care what they do - however - I really hope he doesn't get pissed off and decide to smash up my car or anything like that.
I feel bad though - the tenant also has a little girl - she's about 8. She's really sweet but apparently really fucked up because her mom is a nutcase.

haha awesome now she's cursing and screaming at her little girl.
i'm not surprised - it's like an everyday thing - im just thinking - maybe she's like beating the girl while cursing and yelling at her - is it really my place to maybe call child services? I dunno - it's a very touchy subject.

if she is being so loud pound on the floor just to let her know you can hear everything and its so loud that you have to acually pound on the floor.
I am in the same situation but they live above me and she screams at her son and I pound on the ceiling to get them to shut the fuck up.

i dunno - im a little scary to deal with her ya know?
We have this arrangement where I park in the driveway and she goes on the street. I make up my own work hours - infact I wanted to get up today at 9am and go to work however it's now 12:40 and I am still in a towel.
Anyway - one morning I hear POUNDING on my front door. Just yelling and freaking out. I was sleeping so it was kinda like "What the fuck" situation. I crawl outta bed - throw on a tshirt and sweatpants and walk downstairs. There she is with her daughter - FLIPPING OUT because she parked in the driveway and I was blocking her.
Ya know - she just goes psycho sometimes.
I'm scared that if I pound on the floor - she'll burst into my place and kill me. Haha. So instead I decided that I'll put on some music when she gets rowdy.
The whole neighborhood hates her - it's kinda sad.

I reckon it is. If she is cursing the kid that would come under emotional abuse. Can you hear any noises like hitting against a wall? Where I live, as a health professional, I have to report all types of abuse and just the suspicion is enough (else I can be fined 22,000). The child service was overloaded with cases even before they bought in this law and under the new system yours might be the 4th report and evidence has built up enough for them to actually do something. It is a better system than having to have actual evidence that something is going on because by then the kid is probably completely traumatised and maybe to the point of no return. That is not to say the child services will take the kid away - in fact they try not to do that, but rather can intervene with support, parenting programs etc, unless it is absolutely in the child's best interest that they be taken elsewhere (rarely). So I would report it and let them decide how serious this kids case is.
