In regards to psychadelic use

If the cop asks NEVER say you took ANYTHING doesnt matter if its tylenol or your script or whatever.

Its too costly to test you for a bunch of drugs if they reel you in so just STFU

If you're drunk you're probably fucked unless you are really nice and their shift is ending or sumthin

Don't keep drugs in your house when your room mate is on house arrest or probation.

Don't get lippy with cops just to 'flex your rights' if you don't actually understand how those rights work and have the money to fight it.

Know yourself, know your limits.  Don't get to wasted without a plan to get home if you're out partying someplace. 

Secure your stash/stash spot if you're about to drive.  You might be a phenomenal driver, but that's not going to make other drivers you share the road with drive well.  Keep a clean vehicle, know the stash spots within the vehicle, know what you have on you and how much, be careful if packing bowls in a vehicle that you don't spill your medicine, or when beating out cashed bowls you don't have a little cherry at the bottom of the bowl that burns through your shirt or the interior of your car (if not leather).  Police know to look for the tiny burns which are caused only from burning chunks of cigarettes or weed, if your shirt is shotgun blasted with small burn holes it's going to look sketchy.

Don't make large transactions with people you don't know well.  It might be tempting to go for that deal which will reap hella guap, but be careful that deal doesn't come back to bite you in the ass.  Often times when it comes to certain business ventures related to such things the rule of "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is" comes into play.  If you can have a set clientele that buys quantity and has been consistent in doing so for years, just stick to supplying those people and let them go sell smaller amounts, keep a proper line of communication with those people that are your consistent clients.

Don't get overeager or be to greedy, money isn't going anywhere, but if you don't think wisely then your ass sure as hell with be going someplace like boot camp, jail, or prison.  If you can have a good operation that keeps you living well then it's advisable to stick with that, safety and freedom are worth a lot, if you can have your operation run smoothly and be safe and have freedom then stick to that.  Trust your gut, if something feels bad then get out.

Don't take benzos, alcohol, ketamine, psychedelics, or excessive amounts of opiates and drive.  I am sure I missed a few drugs in there, but it's best to abstain from any substances while driving, but if you have to drive for some reason avoid it while on the drugs which have a record for causing people to nod out.

Don't hang out with people that do stupid fucking shit while high.  Don't have out with people that are violent.  In the past I found being around individuals with hot heads to be worse than being around someone that couldn't handle their shit, fighting or aggressive behavior seems to draw more attention because of the dramtic elements involved with it.  Speaking about attention, don't hang out with people that wear clothing that clearly mentions drugs, it's one thing if you're in CO or CA or a legal state and someone is wearing pro-cannabis clothing, it's another thing if you're in the bible belt and wearing certain attire.  Just be wise.

Don’t deal or purchase at night.  Best time is before noon when most cops are at schools.  Never seen a roadblock before noon.

Rain is your friend.  Cops don’t like getting wet and generally will not pull people in the rain.

Be humble and respectful when speaking to police.  They can give you a much harder time than you can give them.  I have known people to be arrested just for what they said.

If you live in a small town donate time volunteering with cop organizations.  These guys are people too.  If you can get to know them and they view you as a “good citizen” they may cut you some slack.  It’s worked for me before.

Check all your lights on your car before you go anywhere holding.  Also make sure your tags are good.

I have a friend, who is lily white that used to be an asshole to cops.. would get his ass kicked and goto jail every time.. cracked me up :smile:

Showing cops a little respect goes a long ways too. It's the last thing they expect when having to deal with someone potentially combative or militant, both which they have labeled me, even though I have never resisted arrest. I have ran and got away a few times, even once in a car chase where I pulled a dukes of hazard move down a side road when the cop was still behind me and around a corner.

Thankfully the last time I had to do drug classes, my counselor let me continue using herb. I got my blood tested weekly instead of pissing because I can't piss in strange bathrooms since I was a kid. My thc count was always in the 2000 range which is off the charts, but he didn't even seem to know how much it was. He even let me out of 3 classes of the 12 I was supposed to attend.

Yeah I was completely honest with him about my drug use, which I don't think he was used to. Everyone else in the class was extremely quiet and kept to themselves. I wanted more therapy where people actually talked, not just write a few sentences on a worksheet about an addiction movie from the 80's.:rolleyes:

If you have to commit a crime that you expect will be investigated then I'd suggest turning off your phone or leaving it at home. Police can track all the cell phones in an area of a crime, and check traffic cams and drone feeds for vehicles to investigate. Don't speak to anyone of your intentions or you'll become a suspect. Have an alibi and a lawyer if necessary. But ultimately in some scenarios the best option is to turn the other cheek to avoid mutual destruction. It is possible to learn and grow from conflict without criminal vengeance.

Solid advice. Gotta be careful with that last statement tho; you have a mutual business agreement and you or the other party FO's, it doesn't matter if it's 10k or 100k.Principle of anyone with an ounce of respect for themselves and business knows there is consequence.of the physical nature.
It's not personal, it's not emotional. It's just a calculated action based on the breaking of a mutually understood business deal.
Open(to the proper degree)/honest, and especially family orientated individuals are good people; and ideally you wanna do business with those types.

The two things that have kept me safe since a close brush decades ago.

  • Don't hurt people or do things that will make people feel bad. It's the basic "do unto others..." thing.

  • Shut the fuck up. Don't tell a soul. Not your girlfriend, not your sister, certainly not the cops.

I've seen people go to jail on many occasions because they could not grasp these two things. Going about making enemies and running their mouths like they are untouchable. Foolish kids in adult bodies.

That's the worst part of the illegal drug war. That dealers and growers that are otherwise good people have to be cowards when someone fucks with them. I'd love to threaten the people that owe me money or have wronged me. Or put some bad people on blast. But they have so much leverage with their knowledge. I just do drugs at home and get some flunky to deliver them. Anytime I have been even close to getting caught in my life I was in a car. Getting caught would ruin my life. Also watch those "cops" type shows so you can see their tactics.

I doubt the police would even search me, no one ever offers me drugs I don't think I fit the profile. And weed is legal in my country, that was a hassle because it's just stinky and its the drug that everyone can smell from far away. I do lots of psychedlics but I don't get them for other people, last thing you want is some guys acid freak out being traced back to you. I keep my phone clean too, if you want to talk about drugs go meet face to face, the texting code word shit offers you no protection if you get caught.

Also be nice to your neighbors so they don't rat. I went and visited my mom and was like who that friendly big black guy who said hi to me outside, she was like oh hes the neighborhood dealer, he has a big BBQ and invites the neighborhood, mows old people's lawns and keeps watch over the block. I watched his customers pull up, not one had a stereo cranking, just discreet vistors. Having quality customers is important, if you sell to low lifes who are constantly in trouble the chances of a snitching are greater.

You can do it right or you can do it wrong. Some people are bound for jail no matter what they do, its just in the cards for them. My buddy got arrested for spitting on the sidewalk.

Cops have pretty much two questions.  First one is a nervous inquiry where they know your going to jail.  Second is a more informal asking of questions.  It's real easy to confuse people that don't know me, it's more of a problem but sometimes helps.

I've admitted to things I've done.  It helps when they are pressing for more than what got their attention.  I've been accused of things that were in no way something that happened.

Listen to your intuition and perhaps you'll not go anywhere near trouble.  You know when you are pushing risk.  After all you don't have to break the law to be questioned, just suspected of wrong doing.

I've dealt with surveillance since 1999.  So I know a few things but sometimes it gets a little heavier than it actually may be.  It's hard to keep your ego too close to your position, when all you have is on the line.

So listen to your dreams.

Except for the drugs I consume am law abiding.

I grow a lot of different grey area plants. Not strictly illegal but if the cops wanted to fuck with me and they had any idea what they are they could make my life painful.

Trichocereus is the only grey area thing like that for me, though to my knowledge there is no precedent of charges here for any cacti. But the area it's in is closed off from public view (a legal requirement for the cannabis plants anyway). And there are no restrictions at all here on peyote. No bullshit plant limits, special licensing to grow commercially, nothing. You just can't extract.

Dress well.
Keep your vehicle tidy.
Bible in the front seat.
Always check your lights before driving at night.

Get a dog and a cat and cherish them.
They are the only ones you trust.

Make your own drugs or purchase in bulk from a reputable dealer.
Dont have multiple dealers.

If you sell. Sell em cheap and keep your customers happy. Be straight with them. Never do hand offs and form relationships. Less is more.

Never let anyone know your next move.
Move in silence.

Stay aware of your surroundings at all times. Always Find the exits and check the bathrooms.

I've been to jail dozens of times. I am not proud, but in my younger years I was a seasoned criminal.

So.. now that I'm all grown up it's easy to stay out of jail. I keep every kind of shady out of my life, I don't do any wrong to anyone ever, I don't steal, and I try to be genuinely kind and nice to everyone. I do react to complete ass holes though. Especially on the road.

don’t get lazy

If you’re going to break the law take the time and effort to do everything you can not to get caught

Have one backpack or bag that you keep anything illegal in and never put it in any other bag or pocket or whatever

I mean make it as close to impossible as possible to have residue or forget where something is

Even at home keep anything illegal out of sight and in its proper place

If you need it - use it briefly then put it away immediately - even if you live alone

Don't date a bitch.  When I was on paper for a felony I was sleeping with the mayors grand daughter.  Her aunt was also a high powered divorce attorney and neighbors with the judge over my case.

She was a crack user and once she brought a friend of mine that she was sleeping with into the pizza shop I lived above and visited daily.  She had tried to get a restraining order and the judge made it part of probation.  She was there obviously there to harass me.

I've seen how the law works in this country and it's as bad as any nation. Probably worse.  The shit the govt and their friends get away with is dirtier than my ex's cunt.

I wouldn't even report a crime.  Lot's of times that gets the wrong attention.  From trying to help to being harrased by the cops, to being a suspect.

Don't drive around high.

Don't draw attention to yourself.

Don't dress in shirts with massive pot leaves on them while you're in possession of lbs of weed in a not so friendly state.

Educate yourself on your state's laws regarding all substances you dabble with. 

Don't hang around people that will make you look like a criminal, you are the company you keep.

Know when to put the drugs down and focus on other aspects of your life, don't make drugs the only thing you live for.
