JSB, you're a nutter, but not the kind he was hoping for apparently. hah.  I don't think I could ever be that casual with someone who just rear ended my car.  Not to the point of running to get some glass anyway. hahaha.

the two times i've been hit/rear ended i went off on the person; and this was before the day when EVERYONE had a fucking smart-phone glued to their hands.  i take driving very seriously.  srsbizness, no joke.

I wouldn’t be at all upset if I got rear ended in a rental.  Once I got sideswiped a bit in a car I didn’t much care for, and when I pulled over to talk to the other driver, I found out it was some terrified looking younger girl (19-20 y.o.) and her bf.  Despite the fact that it was a fairly mild accident, I noticed they were real nervous and asked if they had any drugs on them, which they did.  I suggested we get back in our cars and I followed them to an apartment, so we could get off the busy road before any cops noticed an accident.  They seemed grateful.

When I mentioned to the dude I had a headache and was sore from the crash as we were about to grab those drinks he said to me 'dude, the insurance us up to 100k, Sue.'

Seeing as I have his blessings, I'm thinking why on earth not. I'm gonna pull a couple of days sick from work too.

Do I need to go to a hospital or some shit before I can make a claim?

it's not like you get the money outright.  the money would go to pay medical bills, repairs, etc...you would have to sue him to get a no-strings cash settlement.  insurance companies don't roll over that easy, giving away their "hard-earned" cash

your gonna have to go to the doctor a bunch of times and then get neck massages for like few years but then ull prob get money after a bunch of bullshit. this coke dealer i know up in providence used to do it every few months he has a special chiropractor that he goes too up there
