"In an effort to thwart illigal drug sales the state of Tennessee is considering wiehter or not to implament a tax stamp on most illegal drugs (only ones given for example was meth and cociane and moonshine). Proposed tax for a gram of coke would be $50 and a gallon of moonshine to be $31.75. Any dealer caught in possesion w/o properly stamped product would not only face criminal charges in addition to civil charges for tax evasion. TN's bill is crafted so that criminal and civil actions are seperate to reduce the treat of proving it unconsitional. They are basing this bill off of North Carolina's law that has been in effect since 1990. N.C. department of revune states that they have only sold stamps to 77 people who collect them, siezing 78 million dollars worth of property with an annual budget of 1.1 million."

This is some bullshit, bet even if you did the right thing by paying your taxes they turn you in to law enforcement agencies. Another thing i dont agree with is how they can tax an item they dont allow legally is like saying we like your money just not your service wtf.
-------------------- I work my shitty 9-5 and I pay my taxes, I'm not hurting anybody else. So why do you care what i do in my spare time.
