When doing keto and being active and burning calories I have sometimes problem with appetite. I usually eat after work/school in evening for first time and it can be scary that 16-24h is standard between feedings.
Feeling good though, but know from experience that I can easily over do this. Sometimes cannabis helps, sometimes it just takes the hunger more far a way.

Run today for little, no pain and felt good. Have to go buy sneakers:heart:
Other than casual walks in nature I hve been friggin lazy during my training in hospital. That sucks my energy properly. Was surprised to realise that not in so bad shape after all:cool:

I'm carrying enough extra weight, I don't have to worry about skipping "leg day". Every day is leg day for me.

think you could weight lift if you dont consume any protein that day, yesterday was my eating day and I forgot to lift weights, I could do it today, but it dosnt sound like a good idea to lift weights on a fast, I would assume you need protiens to fix up the muscles after you tear them up

Many people do fasted cardio, dont know about lifting. Most people though eat after wards.

When you 'lift wieghts' though; it is my impression that you do it at the bare minimum that could be considered 'lifting'. I.e. it doesn't strike me you're in a gym, doing four sets of twelve for four different exercises per muscle group.

In other words, you'll be fine. Lift for your mental health, if for no other reason.

to rebuild muscle after lifting ( essential micro tearing your muscle and rebuilding it, so it builds bigger as I understand it )
I have always used a 4:1 carb to protein ratio and its drastically helped.

If fasting though, I mean yeah, we lifted, practiced, and conditioned all the time while cutting weight in wrestling.
Also have friends who are doing these diets who lift all the time.
You definitly feel it, and you'll get stronger, but wont notice physically.

Biggest thing to worry about is passing out and dropping a weight on ya or something
of the sort...

might be wrong but ime its fine

I was on a great run but overdid it and now have an inflamed tendon in my shoulder causing inpingement syndrome

Went skateboarding and fell on my ass and now feel like my tailbone is busted
