Just had my mid week cheat meal - 2 marinaded chicken breasts cooked in butter and onions. It's a fine change when you're eating cold salmon and yogurt a couple of times a day, every day.

Damn you MM, I took and uploaded this screenshot just for you, but you deleted your post! I have no idea why, it seemed perfectly on point.

Anyway, to go with what you said - you should always keep a log somewhere. You always gotta do a bit more the next time you work the same muscles, so logging is important so you have a record to beat. This keeps you getting stronger, building muscle, and burning more calories. I use my phone:



And tracking it so exactly allows me to do things like this:

Thanks for that I am seriously considering getting a booklet for keeping track of these things.

I've been trying to reduce my post frequency to something more manageable just for habits sake, been deleting a lot of otherwise fine posts just for brevity.

Do you run a lot of apps?  Make sure you're closing things down which aren't in use to save your phone's battery.

Anyone know how accurate the calorie counter is on exercise machines? The elliptical machine shows around 10-15 calories burnt per minute. Does that seem right?
