True that. I've never done them before (prekids when I lost weight!) And regretted it.

I've woken up sick which is bum because I fixed the rower yesterday to get started. I might do some easy yoga instead.

But I'm 75.2kg. Will probably take measurements too coz proportions can change a lot with not much scale change, I pack on muscle easy for a chick.

I'm so excited about this guys

Back and biceps today

Ive been skipping leg day for 2 months :feelsbadman:

im almost scared to squat.

i was up to 405 for reps.

Probably wont be able to rep 225 without cramping up now

So I've been sick since the day this started; no exercise happening. Been trying to eat better and avoid snacks. 73.9 this morning. I think of this thread when I wanna eat shit and it works to deter me.

Weighed in at 182lb. Goal is 75kg. I gained 10+ pounds recently just from smoking weed so I've got a head start on getting back down by not doing that.

inhaled weed smoke doesn't have any calories in it. i smoke weed daily and stay lean by running 3-4miles, lifting for ~50mins every day, and avoiding fats as much as possible. I know lowcarb, high fat is popular right now but it's a bunch of horseshit, carbs are much less energy dense, far more nutrient rich, and overall far more enjoyable to consume

I'm doing cardio 3x day for min 20 mins a session, plus an hour in the gym and eating low calories/carbs. Been doing so for two months before this thread started, another month to go before I ease up.

Once you get to where you want, it's much easier to maintain than the work required in getting there.

I'd advise you all to set yourself a three month super disciplined goal.

Have two cheat meals a week but really make all the rest count.

At the end of the three months, bask in the glory of your achievement.

I had a great run earlier, found a decent route which is only 5 miles total but still a good run with inclines/declines to work different muscle groups.

Since moving here my running has gotten better and better, I feel so much stronger.

I'm in. For the past year I've done a month on then a month off. The transition is so painful, I need to just stick with it. :bobdobbs:

5 miles is a long run dude
If you run 5 miles daily it is basically impossible to be overweight

You have some SERIOUS work that needs doing on your diet man. That's absolute trash. You need to be eating CLEAN AS FUCK.

Dump all the processed carbs, sauces and energy drinks. Chicken breast, green veggies, some rice is the kind of thing you want. Learn to season well and don't be afraid to eat the same meal a few times in a day.

I'd be happy to help with it but you gotta be willing to eat stuff that you aint gonna find so tasty.

I helps me to just see it as 95% fuel. Then twice a week I get the reward of having anything I want.

Thanks for the input and I agree about my habits.

I did much better today, having an apple, banana, pb&j, veggie soup, and nuts. Was gonna go out for Pho w a friend but remembered b1g1 day on that is tomorrow, not today, so I will be having a cheat meal or whatever :smile:

5 miles is a long run dude

By running standards, it's not long.  When you train for half marathons you want to incorporate a couple of long runs into your week which are runs 10+ miles.

Yesterdays 5 mile run was fasted as well, meaning before I had eaten for the day.  You can really increase the amount of glycogen your muscles can store by doing fasted cardio a couple of times a week.  Read that on a bodybuilding site, makes sense.  It's crazy how much glycogen muscles can store, how much water weight muscles can store.
