back up 7lbs in the last 7 days to 157. once at 160 will drop back down to 150. why? i dunno, why not? I am getting slight improvements in body composition with every bulk and cut, no matter how short.

My cat returned (locked in neighbors shed lucky didn't die, hot weather) but found out my ma has some degenerative disorder fucking up her brain swiftly and they dunno what. So cue emotional eating. Ate shit, feel shit. Acclimatised to news so back into it.
Didn't eat much else tho so still same weight.
Gotta get serious again. Kids fucked up my back and it's fine unless I eat shit then it hurts. And the man wants a baby. Gotta get in shape lest I become a real fucking fatty (no offense, taking about me preggo).
No more drinking for the foreseeable

Most of my lifting the last couple days has been moving-related TBH
I've definitely not been eating much though--we don't have our kitchen stuff yet so we've been basically camping in this apartment . I ate nothing yesterday but half a bagel, some leftover hashbrowns, and a leftover pancake.

Nutrition is key. But you already know that.
I got classes scheduled today from 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm teaching little rich Texan kids how to ski. One day into the season and my legs are dying! I should have started training in the Summer like I did last year.
Anyways, it was great exercise yesterday and today having a full day on the mountain is going to be great. I need to start doing ski jumps (exercise) at home again. They're just such a pain in the ass for me but greatly improve my carving ability.
No upper body for me today. Shoulder is feeling good, though. Going to give it another 3-4 days just in case. I don't want to go into a dip and fuck it up again. (Thanks again, JSB)

I need to force myself to start exercising and weight lifting again.
I improved my diet a lot and have seen progress from just that.
But I really need to cut out the alcohol and benzo's, because both leave me feeling groggy and tired fairly constantly which effect my mood, energy and motivation. So pretty much everything.

Had a decent week food wise. Just stick to my three meals a day and no more snacking in the evening. No to keep that up. Intensifying my workouts always triggers epic hunger
Been starting to walk a lot in my spare time too.

You should never continue to work out through pain. Pain is your body telling you something is wrong. You need to rest and heal. Wait longer than you think because it sucks to re-injure yourself and having to start the healing process all over again.

Did another 4.6 mile run today. Only in 37 minutese and 20 seconds though. I ate like shit today and yesterday and did cocaine all day before that. Taht is what I attribute it too. I am going to need to take a huge shit before I can feel good enough to get it under 35 minutes. I may start running a 7 mile loop though instead. I don't know which should I focus on, getting a short distance faster or going longer and longer and longer.

Majority between 160-180. I wrestled at 130 all 4 years of highschool and still weigh 130 @5'8". Im down to try to eat a surplus of calories daily again. Id like to at least stabilize at 140. Lets go!

PT told me I was never gonna heal. now I am functioning at 100%. I am shoulder pressing heavy and getting back into lifting. this and just some basic yoga stretches daily
basically go to a pullup bar as if you are gonna do a pullup and dead hang. grab the bar and do nothing else. Only engage your grip and relax completely
do 3-6 sets and rest 3 minutes
I do 3 sets daily now and it actually works
