6' and 175lbs over here.  The weight is fine but I could lose the spare tire I've been carrying around for the last 6 months.  I could be a lot leaner, no doubt. 

Lately I've been cycling a lot more.  Riding to and from work and then also long weekend rides. I've increased my protein intake and I'm trying to cut out sweets from my diet but my girl has a penchant for cookies and candies so that doesn't help. 

So count me in too.

Now what?

Don’t you think you might be generalizing a little much here?  They’re not all riddled with disease.  No more than a chick you meet at the bar or grocery store. 

And not all are using tinder to bang.  The app, like most dating apps, has evolved since inception.  I think initially it was used exclusively for one night stands. 

Sure some people still use it for that but a lot of people use it to find a serious relationship.  I’ve had a couple one night stands on there but I’ve also exclusively dated girls long term that I met on tinder.

Regardless of what people choose to use it for, I’m a huge fan of the app and their platform.  It’s graat for shy and/or busy people.  I can be both of these things at times.

i've been good today.  couldn't bike to or from work due to the weather but at least I ate cleanly.  eggs with a little cheese in the morning.  salad for lunch and rice with chicken and veggies for dinner.  i'll probably eat an apple with some pb in a bit and then call it a night.

Impressive but less so if you used steroids for the gains.  I don't know what gear is but when you say "injecting" I don't know what else it would be.  I knew some guys that took steroids back in the day.  Im not sure if they were already crazy or the drugs made them that way, but I had to stop hanging out with them.  So many fights, mood swings.  Always so intense.

Still shitty weather over here so no riding for me today.  But it was another day of clean eating  :awesome:

My lifting streak is still going strong.  Since early December, I would say that I've lifted on average 4-5 times per week with cardio sprinkled in as well. 

My diet and booze has me running in place though.  What really gets me is the late night snacking.  One thing I've been doing lately that really seems to be helping is eating more throughout the day.  Breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack.  Then when I get home I do a healthy dinner and then have something very small at night like an apple with PB or some stove top popcorn.  I've been doing this for about a week and I can already see a difference. 

I can't wait until it warms up outside.  Then I'll be doing long ass bike rides followed by weights.  Then I'll feel less guilty about slamming extra calories.
