I checked out the pool at my school yesterday

its huge and empty and clean

I should be able to go most days after class.  I started getting back into it this summer and by the end of it I felt like I could compete. I usually go in on an edible and pretend a shark is chasing me while I listen to music on a waterproof ipod shuffle. I used to be alright as a kid on the swim team but recently I've been meticulously tweaking all of my strokes for efficiency and posture. But at the same time I dont really look at the clock and I just focus on exerting as much force as I can against the water. No better work out. All of your muscles. Strengthens joints and its all cardio.

I had to get back into swimming after fucking up my joints biking. Most people over 200 shouldnt run or bike unless they are careful about it.

its just being aware of your limits. everyones body is different. I just have an aversion to fixed mechanical movements. I mean, I never have been able to cross my legs until recently and that was all just cause my joints werent trained. A lot of those linear movements train your joints(muscles/tendons) to do one thing. Plus I'm not focused on building muscle.

I'd like to get into yoga too at some point. I feel like you can generate a lot more power through all of your little muscles rather than focusing on select groups. That has its limits but seems healthier.

I just hate going to the gym in general. I would be running right now but It's really hard to find shoes that fit me. I've been thinking about just going out with my orthopedic shoes and just ruining them. My OG running shoes split a few months ago.

Its all about managing the impact of each step and if you arent acutely aware of how you are distributing that force you can fuck it up. Running on the beach is the shit.

I want to get into the seed sprout game.

I eat lots of hemp seed and mushrooms. Eggs, cheese, yogurt, fruits, nuts, and veggies are staples. I pig out though i cant lie but my diet has become well rounded recently. Its hard for me to constantly buy or grow greens though. I should start a micro green and sprout 'lab'.

Been eating bacon almost everyday but limiting carbs significantly across the board and doing time restricted eating. I've been getting full way quicker.

I ran a couple miles today.
