I was 310 at this point in 2016.

Heres my before early this year at 280

and after in about july at 235

I am now at 250, but wont be putting a current photo, because I will be back at 230 in 2 and a half or so months.

I took gear for about 3 weeks and just stopped all at once because i didnt like injecting.

I guess you could say ive been on a shitty bulk the last 2 months pr something.

Wowowowowow!!!

very inspirational! shows how much hard work and dedication can bring in such a very short time!

you don't need extra shit to get where you wanna be that's only if ur lookin for shortcuts, which you don't need. the dedication is there and the rest will follow. in time. be patient.

stick to what makes u feel good i think it's the best motivation to do it for the feeling of knowing you're working towards something that's good for you. this is your life so like make it the best life possible y'know?
ultimately the only thang that matters is your level of self respect so if you can respect yourself and everythang u do then you win at life

Impressive but less so if you used steroids for the gains.  I don't know what gear is but when you say "injecting" I don't know what else it would be.  I knew some guys that took steroids back in the day.  Im not sure if they were already crazy or the drugs made them that way, but I had to stop hanging out with them.  So many fights, mood swings.  Always so intense.

Still shitty weather over here so no riding for me today.  But it was another day of clean eating  :awesome:

I will try remember to weigh tomorrow. I'm always smaller in my head. I'd like to get rid of the muffin. I like my body enough but know I'm more comfortable with less chub. And fitter. Haven't been how I'd like since pre breeding except for a suicidal vegan runner period. Not a great trade tbh.

I'm inspired by your awesome progress XB. Small timeframe for a massive change.

I did decide that as I'll weigh and start tomorrow I'd eat a sausage roll for lunch to say bye to crap bakery food.

Can you guys please not quote this so I can remove my chub in a bit. Thanks. Will post progress pics if I make progress.

5 miles is a long run dude
If you run 5 miles daily it is basically impossible to be overweight

By running standards, it's not long.  When you train for half marathons you want to incorporate a couple of long runs into your week which are runs 10+ miles.

Yesterdays 5 mile run was fasted as well, meaning before I had eaten for the day.  You can really increase the amount of glycogen your muscles can store by doing fasted cardio a couple of times a week.  Read that on a bodybuilding site, makes sense.  It's crazy how much glycogen muscles can store, how much water weight muscles can store.

No they do not. It's coming into summer here so I think that's gonna help. Less time to achieve it. I'm sure winter is part of why I'm such a chubby atm.

Just had my mid week cheat meal - 2 marinaded chicken breasts cooked in butter and onions. It's a fine change when you're eating cold salmon and yogurt a couple of times a day, every day.

Damn you MM, I took and uploaded this screenshot just for you, but you deleted your post! I have no idea why, it seemed perfectly on point.

Anyway, to go with what you said - you should always keep a log somewhere. You always gotta do a bit more the next time you work the same muscles, so logging is important so you have a record to beat. This keeps you getting stronger, building muscle, and burning more calories. I use my phone:

And tracking it so exactly allows me to do things like this:

--------------------
Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you? Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not.

For overall health, if you were to do one or the other, you should exercise and eat shitty rather than eat great and not exercise at all. But clearly dialing in what your specific needs are for your desired results and than tailoring a diet and exercise regime is the ideal situation.

That would be an interesting study, but it would be virtually impossible to conduct. For example my job involves constant low grade exercise and I am really not sure how to equate the amount of physical work I do there to how much time your average joe would have to spend in the gym to get the same results. I think you're onto something though because dieting sucks if you still just feel like crap all the time, and working out hard for at least 45 minutes a day will improve your subjective well being enough to keep you motivated to stay on course. But in terms of what is primarily contributing to lipolysis, the answer would definitely be diet.

Speaking of which, as of September 5th I had bulked up to 167 by adding in an extra 500-700 (mostly empty) calories at night, and then I just stopped doing that and don't eat after dinner except maybe a handful of pumpkin seeds, and as of today I have cut back down to 150. I'd wager 90% of the weight I lost was fat. I mean I do work out every day but it's a demonstration that a simple diet change makes a huge difference faster than doing exercise.

around a month ago

today

it's an illusion if you think i am any stronger in the first pic, I can actually lift more now. except on arms, my muscle seems to come go from there first and build in my legs first.

I completely agree, but even when I was living as a farmer in Australia, I still weight trained. It makes me feel better than just getting my work from exercise alone. Plus it gave me an excuse to create shit:

Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you?
