I like games that don't suck! I just downloaded Tomb Raider. Can't play for a couple hours though.

Who makes the best video games? Rockstar, Bethesda, or Stal?

I finally beat farcry5 and the ending they don't make as easy to decide as 4.  Oh well.  I don't like alternative endings in movies or games, so my fate if I was in that position in real life, I go with it.  But was stuck for a long time, feel proud of myself.  Completing some games I feel that.  Good ending though whoever wrote it and what I chose.

So back to Madden and see what other games I have bought and put off for a time.  Ahh, I know, the evil within 2.

I played Black Ops 4 : Black Out Beta all weekend.  That battle royale is fucking hard.  How is everyone so good at a game that they haven't been playing any longer then me!!

I needed relief so I hopped onto Fortnite and got a quick solo win  :doingmediocre:

PC MASTER RACE

Been playing Battlefield 4 on the PC a lot lately. One of my favorite games of all time. The weapons handle beautifully and the modern setting/realism is out of this world. I played quite a bit of Battlefield 1 and certainly enjoyed myself, but the weapons get a bit dull.

I'm still apprehensive about Battlefield 5, but hey maybe multiplayer will turn out sick?

If the beta for bf5 was any clue of how its gonna go i wouldnt get to excited. Pc servers were trash. Game looked decent enough but the feel was just way off. Glad for there sake they pushed the launch a month back.

I bought Battlefield 1 and felt like it was OK.  I played it for like a month and wasn't that excited to keep playing.

Battlefield 5 looked like more of the same?

Monster Hunter is getting pretty boring. It's repetitive and the fighting sucks butts. I have to find something else to play now.

Why are there 200 shitty games released every week and only 3 or 4 really good games a year? Can't these little guys get together and make some decent games. They have to know these games are shitty, but they release them anyways, They take no pride in their work.

What websites do you guys use to find out about new PC games?

I played monster hunter on the Wii back in the day and loved it at first then it got repetative, the new one looked great.

It is crap only a few gems brought out amongst droves of games brought out makes you feel hesitant to buy anything new

Just finished Destiny 2. Somehow had no idea that the series existed until last week. Holy smokes was that a fun game! :prance:

Went through a ton of K and L while playing and finished it last night. The graphics and music were incredible imo.

You purchased Destiny 2 last week and you're finished?

Do you mean just the campaign part? Because there are some seriously hard raids to do after all that

I get a free trial to play old games on the PS4.  So the first red dead redemption.  It is a month unless delayed again till the next one so that and the alien game X whatever.  I played the originals a extremely long time ago so I don't think I will be to disappointed in the graphics and gameplay.

Sometimes I buy older games and when one has seen the newer technology it looks stale and boring.  God, the first game I ever played was pong, seriously, as a kid and barely remember it but that and then to Nintendo and ever goes forward the technology.  Think it will always interest me as it progresses.

But shit, books still do in paperback or electronic.  As long as it is interesting as I find life quite enjoyable most of the time.  Reading a good story or non-fiction book.  I just find a depth to quality ones and humanity.  Games tell a story as well with the ones I am into now.  But like books so much of it is complete garbage and a waste of time.  One finds, like in music, diamonds in the rough and when one such as myself does, I just want more of it and always end up disappointed and have to wait.  They are few and far between.

God I have wasted a lot of money on shitty games and all forms of media but whatever, it is worth it to find what I want and be surprised at times.

I finally started playing Divinity: Original Sin 2.

SOOOOOOO much cooler than the first.  I loved the first but you definitely could feel the lack of a big budget behind it.  The idea of the first was amazing, and the general story was good, but it felt a little to "simple" from a technical perspective, perhaps because of the lack of voice acting and sometimes confusing quest lines.  So far none of the issues I had with the first are apparent in 2.  The story so far is really good, the mechanics have been improved on soooo much.  The complexity with not only how to deal with game issues like battles or puzzles, as well as how NPC's react different to different races/characters is awesome.  The level design is top notch also.  The landscape is gorgeous, one of the best I've ever seen in a CRPG like this.

So far my only complaint has been a weird click delay sometimes where I click on a hotbar spell or item, it starts the animation and then when I go to click on the target creature my guy instead acts like the initial spell was cancelled and then burns all his action points to run over and hand to hand.

The game is also not very forgiving in the early game and doesn't teach you very well.  SUPER complex in the way combat and such works and it can be very confusing at times wondering why this fight whoops your ass time after time until you figure out how all the environment elements and mechanics work.
