Price woman arrested after police find large amount of cash, drugs during traffic stop

PRICE, Utah — A Price woman was arrested Sunday after police allegedly found a large amount of cash and drugs following a traffic stop.
Krystal Marie Noyes, 31, was stopped on Sept. 2 for an alleged stop sign violation, a press release made by the Price City Police Department said. When officers interacted with Noyes, the noticed that she had a large amount of cash in her purse, and a tooter, a type of drug paraphernalia, near the cash.
Officers searched the vehicle and located $2,602 in cash, 2.31 ounces of methamphetamine, 1.55 ounces of heroin, 1.14 ounces of marijuana, six types of prescription pills, drug paraphernalia and a journal detailing allegedly drug activity conducted by Noyes, the press release stated.
Noyes was booked into the Carbon County Jail and, “charged with felony level Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine, Heroin, Marijuana, and Prescription Pills,” the press release stated. “The Carbon County Attorney’s Office will review the report to determine the appropriate formal charges to file against Ms. Noyes.”

Usually a metal straw. Some tooters go into both nostrils. They're fucking awesome with cocaine. If I ever got blow again I'd wait until a nice one came along. It's a much better experience, especially if everyone has their own.

I had a double nostril, it would ger clogged because it was too narrow. I used one tho, half inch wide, silver, with a design, great for doin $100 lines.

What's wrong with a dollar bill. Having a "tooter" just puts you at risk for a paraphenilia charge. Is there actually a difference in how it works?

Plugging the back of your nasal cavity at the same time keeps it coming up evenly. It can also be flame sterilized and isn't dirtier than a dozen toilets like your phone/money are. Then again you're snorting stepped on cocaine, so I guess gotta pick your battles.

Usually in Oklahoma a tooter is a straw melted in half and it is used for smoking black tar heroin off of foil.

Diff terms. In this case a "tooter" is a little device you buy at a headshop that you fill up with blow or K or whatever and then pressing the button shoots a bump up your nose
