So,I've been fighting with pests all year to just get a nice outdoor flush, but the slugs and squirrels are relentless.
Built this Outdoor FC( )with the hopes of having a pest free outdoor enviroment to "play" around with. Made it somewhat portable/moveable so I can re-use it and clean as needed. Gives a good 3.5" sub depth with room for casing if I want. And I made it to be able to fit about 5 shoebox subs if I choose. I also made some dividers,so the whole box is not needed for a single project. Just wanted to share, and I'll update when put to use.

This is a seriously cool idea for outdoor grows! How fine is the mesh you're using? Will you set it at ground level or raise it up? Not sure if that'll make a difference or not

I'm not sure what mesh it is.It came from salvaged window screen. I do plan to use it at ground level. Not sure if raising it off the ground will cause sub drying issues, with the airflow underneath. Thanks!

Thanks Myco.
I was lucky to get a 500ml pyrex flask in trade already. I'm gonna use cling wrap for a bit. Been working for the pasty plates fine. I think I've seen others use with petris. I'll switch it up if I hit a problem I guess. Or is cling just doomed to fail?

I’ve used it exclusively with no problem, a single roll cut into smaller 1/2” - 1” rolls will last you about 1000 plates

After lookin at what it cost to stock up a few sleeves, it only made sense to save up a bit and go for a case.
