I inoculate my brf jars in open air,standing in the kitchen and sometimes munching on whatever is near.No oven,SAB,flowhood or any of that needed.
Kinda sounds like you may have found some old info.(I heard about oven tek and lysol flood over 15 yrs ago)
There is alot of information here on the shroomery,and it's accumulated over the years.
Best that when you search for teks and info,try to find the more recent posts/threads.
