My problem is opposite, I m trying to suffocate my libido...
For body: eat loads of fresh garlic ( eating fresh parsley after will neutralize smell) and drink glass of red wine every day.
For spirit: I bet one of those not so attractive women you meet are interesting as person. Try making friends with her (I m not telling you to fall in love, but to fall in sex), get drunk with her or something, make any kind of connection besides sex, both explore sexuality together...

Yeah, it definitely sucks getting older. I was a twice a day guy all through my twenties. Mid way through my thirties now and I'm once a day. And it's only set to decrease.
It's really quite a painful thing to accept if you're a very sexual person. Makes me wish I wasn't; my sexuality has/is/probably will be one of the most difficult challenges in this life.
