"Key" is such a special song for me even though its just 1 minute of reverbed piano, very minimal. It evokes so many feelings inside me though; happiness, nostalgia, heartbreak, etc. U think it would be so special to hear in a deep trip. One day I'll get there!

Awesome.It is really nice because I can relate to you in that sense.Some things just spark deep and unexplainable emotions to me.It's like a song can tell thousands of stories in a period of seconds, minecraft being one of the things a have a weak side to.If you have watched anime or cartoons I am pretty sure you should feel the same way about them too.

ya I get strong feelings from TV / Movie / Game soundtracks. I hate when people say it isn't real music or it isn't worth listening to lol like ok you missing out big time but not my problem 
Donkey Kong Country Soundtrack (DK Jamz) is another special soundtrack for me, it was quite enjoyable to hear on MDMA too lol

Basically the entire Putomayo presents Yoga album, but these songs specifically can take you on such a journey if you're in the midst of a strong peak:
Also, I might be the only nerd here, but Mystic Messenger's instrumental soundtrack (All of Ray's themes) send me into deeply emotional places if I listen while peaking. Yang Su Hyeok is a genius composer who can capture so many different feelings in his music and I feel no shame for suggesting his otome game pieces They are lovely.

I just tripped for the first time and at around the 45 minute mark, I was listening to M83's "Wait" when I realized it was the most beautiful piece of music I had ever heard. Lorena McKennit's "Mystic Dream" followed, and after that I was gone.

The Dead 12/19/73, for me anything from that period.
Also love Ween. Had a great time with the Mollusk one night. Saw them at Central park, amazing show.
I highly recommend listening to something for the first time with a decent dose in you, I did that w/ Miles Davis Bitches Brew, cool to listen to something w/ as minimal preconceived notions as possible.
In the summer I prefer crickets and tree frogs.

Molusk by Ween is awesome. Don’t even get me started on the dead. If you have never listened to them check out the albums American Beauty and Working Mans Dead the. Get a live show or download one of there many videos . Hard not to get hooked.

Oh brother I am right there with you. Raised on the boys but went through a phase of listening to nothing but them live for years. I just picked 12/19 for a number of reasons...the jam on PITB for me is un-fkn-believable, had an intense night of a big dose w/ rue and that show just became this safety net, I could go on. But I'm definitely in a '73 phase right now.
Can't recall the dates off-hand but Dick's Pick's 23 & 24 are go to's also, both '74.
